What we process and why
Through the quote request form we process the data you provide yourself: company name, name, email, phone, message, and any uploaded artwork. We use this data only to handle your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract), and for optional fields such as phone, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with you efficiently).
Cookies
This website does not use any analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. We store a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language for one year. It is a strictly necessary cookie under Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications (implementing the ePrivacy Directive) and does not require consent.
Retention period
Quote request data is kept only as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting contract, and no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies (e.g. accounting or tax law once a contract is concluded).
Recipients of data
Quote form data is currently handled only by our sales team and is not shared with any external service. If we start using a third-party processor (e.g. an email or CRM service), we will sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and update this policy accordingly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights at obchod@talep.cz. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
